The Cirque Overlook and 1 Mile Sign

You will have just crossed all the way from the north side of Pikes Peak's east face to the South side. Here you will meet a few switchbacks again. At the third of these you will get a fantastic view into an area known as the chasm. If you have a fear of heights avoid looking over this edge.
